My career in real estate began in college working for a property management company.  While working there I did everything from landscaping to fixing toilets.  After I graduated from college, I was hired to be a property manager and got my real estate license in MN and WI; my focus was property management.  During that time, I owned and managed residential and commercial properties.  I built, operated, and sold a small business, worked as a banker, and most recently a CFO.  My working life experiences with real estate, I feel, are an asset in the home inspection process. I have been trained by the best in home inspection, Pillar to Post, and Chad Imme.

Ian’s background is in residential construction and remodeling. Ian started in construction in 1998, after learning from extremely detail-oriented contractors and carpenters, Ian started his own construction business. While running and growing his business, and expanding to become a well-known finish carpenter, Ian learned the skills needed to relate to his clients and listen to their needs.
